Day Seven: Only Two Dives Left!

Day Seven came a little too soon. We got the chance to take 2 final dives at The Cathedral and Amberhead. Most of us refused to accept this reality staying down as long as our air supply would hold out.

Because we needed to allow 24 hours of nitrogen off-gassing before we boarded our flights home, we wrapped up our diving on Saturday morning, but that didn't mean the fun had to end.

Back on Land: Today was a day to spend in Belize. Half of the group decided to try some Belizean Cave Tubing while the rest of us choose a quieter day at the Belizean Zoo. Unfortunately, the zoo closed early so we only got to spend about 20 minutes there. Still, it was pretty cool.

We all met back at the boat for a farewell cocktail party and then hit the town for dinner. It was at this point we figured out how to fit 12 people into a single Belizean cab. This was surprisingly easy.

Overall, the trip to Belize was a overwhelming success! We experienced the Caribbean's finest diving from one of the best live aboards around.
